This de-butanizer package is required to produce high value condensate. The package will separate and send any incoming gas off to the compressors, preheat the inlet stream with the tower bottoms high value condensate, and reflux the gas off the top of the tower through a condenser. Gas from the tower will go to the inlet separator and condensate will be cooled and sent to storage.

The package will include the following equipment:

• V-140 feed flash drum (4’ ID x 10’ S/S or 1219 mm x 3048mm)

o Turbine meter on FFD water boot outlet

• Two (2) @ 100% feed pumps (10HP SPX VLK-BB)
• Three (3) BEU feed/bottoms heat exchangers (1’-4” OD x 15’ FOF/S or 406 mm OD x 4572 mm FOF/S // Shell & Tube sides rated: 200 psi @ 96oF or 1379 kPag @ 204oC)
• V-500 debutanizer tower with break flange at roof and platform for access (3’ ID x 62’ S/S or 914 mm ID x 18898 mm S/S)
• Reflux system consisting of:

o Cooler (Air-X 15HP)

• • drum (V-573 3’-6” ID x 10’ S/S or 1067 mm ID x 3048 S/S), and
  • two (2) @ 100% Sundyne pumps (5HP) – to be confirmed
• H-633 Reboiler (details to follow)
• Rundown cooler (Air-X 25 HP VFD compatible)
  • Fuel gas scrubber
• Micromotion meter to measure condensate before storage
• BDV sized to relieve to 60 psi in 15 minutes
• Gate valves will be used on all hot service piping

The coolers and reboiler will be installed separately; all other equipment will be packaged on a vendor-supplied skid with a building.
